A prolonged stay in our hometown during COVID-19 led us, Julia + Nick Rocha, to chase our dreams together. We knew off-the-bat, we wanted to dive into the world of coffee. As classes got moved online, we had the world in front of us, more specifically, a 1962 Airstream.

We purchased this retro looking trailer, knowing we could renovate it completely in to a mobile coffee shop, which was perfect for the COVID lifestyle everyone was living in at the time. May 2020, we officially embarked on this journey and began the renovation process. Our first event ended up being 2 years later, May 2022. "OTIS The Airstream," became one of the only retro trailers to serve the greater DFW area.

Not too long after launching, in November 2022, we got offered a space in the Lakewood neighborhood in East Dallas. This space not only was a perfect location for local families to come grab coffee, but also had a coffee roaster in it already! That being said, we couldn't resist the opportunity and opened up shop at 6038 La Vista Dr in Dallas!

Now, we roast everything we serve, working alongside a brilliant team of kind-hearted individuals. We also make all of our syrups in-house as well, showcasing our fun craft beverages.

What a fun journey it has been so far, and we cannot wait to see what's next (:

• we source our matcha from sustainable, organic, and single-origin companies, providing a variety of different grade matchas
• we make our syrups in-house with the highest quality ingredients we can find, sourcing organic where we can as well.
• we get our milk from a local dairy, providing a naturally sweeter milk that pairs well with our espresso and matcha beverages
